shipped to you the same day your order is placed. We have
friendly staff who understand your needs and make every
effort to ensure your needs are met.
Quality CPAP uses the
U.S. Post office to ship our products. Delivery time is
estimated at 3-4 days via standard delivery. If you need
your products sooner, please call and arrange expited shipping.
Keep in mind there is a substantial increase in shipping
costs for these types of services.

these items are manufactured with care, occasionally a product
may be defective. In these rare occasions, please call us
to arrange a return authorization. We will not accept returns
without prior authorization.
Due to the classification
of "Medical Supplies" products are NOT returnable
uless they are defective.
