on the information you provide, we will contact you concerning
your Medicare
coverage, your deductible, and your ability to receive Medicare
benefits.
Once your eligibility for coverage has been verified, your
order will be shipped. If you
elect to enroll in the automatic replacement program, your
orders will be shipped
directly to your door without any action on your part. Your
enrollment can be cancelled
at any time.
We can be contacted via phone during normal business hours
(Central Standard
Time). This is not an automated answering service.
You will be greet by our
courteous customer service representative who will answer
your questions and
provide the information you need. Enrollment time
will take approximately 5 minutes
over the phone.
