Using guidelines determined by you which are based on the CMS Reimbursement Schedule our products are shipped directly from our warehouse to your patient's door step. Our customizable service will ensure that your patient receives their CPAP mask, tubing, filters, etc. exactly when the patient's insurance provider will approve reimbursement.
Our state of the art software will automatically generate a warehouse pick ticket for your patient's CPAP products. The packaging attendant will pull all products from the warehouse shelves and forward the order to the shipping department. The shipping clerk will verify the contents of the order, select the correct "Ship From" address (your patient will know this package is shipped from your company), assign tracking numbers, and process through our computer system.
Once a package has been shipped, the patient information will be provided to our customer service department who will provide your company with shipment records and tracking information on a daily basis to allow you to begin billing the insurance provider.
Your company will be billed on a scheduled interval. Your DME will usually receive reimbursement from the insurance provider before you are invoiced by Quality Management- creating a tremendous increase in your cash flow!
